Information Collected
The journal may collect names, affiliations, email addresses, telephone numbers, manuscript files, review reports, correspondence, payment references, IP-derived security hashes and website usage information required for editorial and operational purposes.
How Information Is Used
- Manage submissions, review, production and publication
- Communicate with authors, reviewers, editors and readers
- Maintain the scholarly and administrative record
- Prevent abuse, investigate security incidents and comply with legal obligations
Publication and Sharing
Author names, affiliations, ORCID identifiers and article metadata are published as part of the scholarly record. Confidential submission and review information is shared only with people or service providers who need it for legitimate journal work, or where disclosure is required by law or research-integrity procedures.
Requests
Privacy questions should be sent to editor@pijst.com. Some publication records cannot be erased because the journal has a legitimate obligation to preserve the scholarly record.
