Refund Policy
Because editorial administration, production, metadata preparation and publication services involve work at different stages, refund eligibility depends on when a valid request is received and what work has already been completed.
- No fee should be paid at initial submission unless a clearly described non-refundable service has been separately requested.
- Before production begins, an approved refund may be considered after deducting unavoidable transaction charges.
- After formatting, DOI preparation, proofing or publication work has begun, a full refund is normally unavailable.
- No refund is due because an author later changes affiliation, withdraws without valid cause, or disagrees with a properly conducted editorial decision.
Every request must quote the Paper ID, payment date and transaction reference and must be sent from the registered corresponding-author email.
