Transparent Fee Policy
The journal must display its current publication or article-processing charge, applicable taxes, included services and waiver conditions before requesting payment. No payment is required merely to obtain an editorial decision. Editorial screening and peer-review decisions are independent of payment.
When Payment May Be Requested
Where a charge applies, it is requested only after formal acceptance and before final production or publication. Authors should pay only against an official communication that identifies the manuscript, amount, recipient and payment purpose.

- Editorial administration and manuscript management
- Article production and metadata preparation
- Website, hosting, security and permanent access
- DOI and discovery services where applicable
- Digital backup and publication records
Waivers, Taxes and Refunds
Any waiver or discount is discretionary and must be approved in writing. Taxes, currency conversion and bank charges may apply. Refund eligibility is governed by the journal’s published refund policy and the stage of work already completed.
